NOVUS Plastic Polish #1 Clean & Shine
Bring plastics back to life with NOVUS Plastic Polish #1 Clean & Shine. The polish gently cleans all plastics, leaving a smooth, clean, & greaseless shine without scratching. How to polish plastics:
- Shake well. Test in an inconspicuous area.
- If the surface is extremely dirty, apply NOVUS Plastic Polish #1 Clean & Protect liberally & wipe using long, sweeping strokes with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth immediately. Do not use pressure because dirt particles may scratch the plastic.
- Reapply using short, circular strokes with a clean portion of the cloth.
- When surface is thoroughly clean and uniformly covered, buff to a slippery glaze with a clean portion of the cloth. Surfaces buffed to a high glaze are more resistant to dust and future scratching.
- Reapply NOVUS Plastic Polish #1 Clean & Protect regularly to maintain the antistatic, smudge and scratch resistant properties.
NOVUS Plastic Polish #2 Fine Scratch Remover
Restore plastics by applying NOVUS Plastic Polish #2 Fine Scratch Remover, which eliminates fine scratches, haziness & abrasions from most plastics. This product is designed to remove the damage caused from wear & tear instead of filling it in & buffs out quickly. With repeated use, NOVUS Plastic Polish #2 Fine Scratch Remover restores faded & discolored plastics.*
How to restore plastics:
- If the surface is dirty, clean with NOVUS Plastic Polish #1 Clean & Protect before applying NOVUS Plastic Polish #2 Fine Scratch Remover.
- Shake well. Test in an inconspicuous area.
- Apply NOVUS Plastic Polish #2 Fine Scratch Remover liberally. Using a clean, soft cloth, polish with a firm back-and-forth motion at right angles to the scratches.
- Keep the cloth saturated with polish at all times. Greater pressure may be required on deeper scratches.
- When the worst scratches have been polished out, reapply NOVUS Plastic Polish #2 Fine Scratch Remover uniformly in a circular motion to the entire surfaces using short, circular strokes & light pressure. Allow to dry to a light haze.
- Using a clean portion of the cloth, buff the surface to a slippery glaze using firm, short strokes. This procedure is essential to achieve the best results.
- For heavy scratches, multiple applications of NOVUS Plastic Polish #2 Fine Scratch Remover or an application of NOVUS Plastic Polish #3 Heavy Scratch may be required.
- For best results, follow with NOVUS Plastic Polish #1 Clean & Protect.

NOVUS Plastic Polish #3 Heavy Scratch Remover
Use NOVUS Plastic Polish #3 Heavy Scratch Remover to repair badly damaged plastics & acrylics.* NOVUS Plastic Polish #3 Heavy Scratch removes heavy scratches & abrasions from most acrylic surfaces & is recommended when the damage is too severe to be restored with NOVUS Plastic Polish #2 Fine Scratch Remover only.
How to repair acrylics:
- Remove surface dirt and dust with NOVUS Plastic Polish #1 Clean & Protect.
- Shake well. Test in an inconspicuous area.
- Apply NOVUS Plastic Polish #3 Heavy Scratch liberally. Using clean, soft cloth, polish with a firm back-and-forth motion at right angles to the scratches. Keep the cloth saturated with polish at all times.
- Continue polishing until only fine scratches remain.
- IMPORTANT: Using cloth, remove all remaining polish.
- With clean cloth, apply NOVUS Plastic Polish #2 Fine Scratch Remover in a circular motion uniformly to entire surface. Polish using light pressure until dried to a light haze.
- Using a clean cloth, buff the surface clean.
- For best results, follow with NOVUS Plastic Polish #1 Clean & Protect.
